Shipping Policy
Delivery
Dubai — next day. Order before 5:00pm and your plants arrive the next day, by 7PM. Orders placed after 5:00pm ship the following day.
Dubai — same day. Need it today? Same-day express is available on most plants for orders placed before 5:00pm, delivered by 7PM. The product page tells you if express is available for that plant.
Pickup. Collect from our Al Quoz warehouse — usually ready within 45 minutes during opening hours. Choose "Pickup" at checkout.
Other emirates. We deliver across all seven emirates. The delivery date for your emirate is shown on the product page and at checkout.
Large plants. Plants over 140cm need 1–2 extra days — they travel upright in a dedicated vehicle.
Delivery options and rates for your address are shown in the cart and at checkout, including any free-delivery threshold currently running.
We deliver with our own drivers, so plants are handled by people who know how to carry them. You'll get a WhatsApp or email notification when your order is on its way.
Where we deliver
UAE only — we don't ship internationally or to other GCC countries yet. We can't deliver to PO Boxes, since these are live plants.
If we can't reach you
Our driver will call or WhatsApp you on arrival. We make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the address is incomplete or outside our coverage, or we can't reach you within 3 days of dispatch, the order comes back to the warehouse and we'll contact you to rearrange.
Changing or cancelling an order
While your order is being prepared you can add or remove items — just message us. Once it has shipped we can't change it: receive it as is, or return it under our 14-Day Plant Guarantee and returns policy. Made-to-order planters (Rupert, Klekktic, Naskh) and free reward plants can't be cancelled once confirmed.
Damaged, late or missing?
Every plant is inspected before it leaves — healthy, pest-free, no signs of stress. If something still arrives damaged or isn't thriving within 14 days, our 14-Day Plant Guarantee covers it: send a photo on WhatsApp and we replace it free, or refund you. Full terms are on the refund policy page.
If your order hasn't arrived by the end of the promised delivery day, WhatsApp us (+971 52 150 9542) or email hello@plntd.ae with your order number. We'll locate it and redeliver, replace or refund — your choice.
