Each piece in this collection is a one-of-a-kind vintage planter, hand-carved decades ago by artisans in Indonesian villages and thoughtfully sourced by our friends at Safi Studios.

Marked by natural patina, weathered textures, and subtle imperfections, these vessels bring an earthy, timeless presence to both modern and rustic interiors.

Available on their own or paired with a curated plant, selected and installed by the Plntd team to suit each planter’s unique shape and scale.

Ordering from Plntd

How will my indoor plant arrive?

Our priority is to get your houseplant to you as safely as possible and ensure that it flourishes when it gets there.

Your plant will arrive in its nursery pot, securely packaged to protect the leaves and prevent soil spillage.

Once received, place your plant in the spot you plan to keep it in and leave it there until it is time to repot, allowing it to acclimate to its new environment.

There are some exceptions to this approach, specifically with our range of micro succulents, that tend to acclimate just fine outside of their nursery pots. So, we've gone ahead and repotted those plants for you.

What happens if my plant arrives damaged?

As part of our guarantee, we offer free replacements for orders damaged during delivery.

Do you provide plant care support?

Absolutely — our WhatsApp Chat is open daily for questions or booking plant care calls, and our Plant Care 101 guides include tips specific to your plants.

How can I order a plant as a gift?

Select the "Make This a Gift?" option on the product page.

You can edit the name on our packaging, add giftwrapping and even include a personalized note.

How long will it take to get my order?

Dubai: Orders are typically delivered within 36 hours of Delivery
All other Emirates: Typically delivered in 1-3 days

You will receive both WhatsApp and email updates when your order is out for delivery.

What happens if I’m not home or available for the delivery?

Apartments: Our delivery partner will leave it safely at your door.
Villas/Townhouses: We will not be able to leave your plant outside your door as the intense heat may shock/distress your plant.

If you know this is the case, please include alternative instructions (e.g. leaving your plant with a neighbor) in the checkout page and our drivers will deliver your order accordingly.

Can I schedule my delivery for a specific date?

Yes — message us on Whatsapp to request a delivery date.

Do you offer a warranty or return policy?

Yes, we offer a 14‑day return and refund guarantee for most of our products.
