Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day guarantee for all our live plants. If you wish to return/exchange please reach out to us via Whatsapp (+971 4 335 2529) or email (hello@plntd.ae). To be eligible for a return, we ask only for a few things: 1. Your plants are still in their nursery pot and not repotted. 2. No more than 14 days have passed. 3. The plants haven't been modified in any way (e.g. pruned, cut, repotted, damaged, etc). 4. The plants have not been damaged (unless the damage occurred during delivery). 5. The plants have not been placed outdoors, unless advised to do so by a member of Plntd's team. 6. The plants be retuned in their original packaging and their original materials included.
Refunds and exchanges do not apply to the following: 1. Shipping/delivery charges & fees. 2. Promotional, or gifted items. 3. Made to order items (such as Naskh planters). In this case, replacements are eligible in case of damages (e.g. during delivery) and must be comminuted with the team within 24 hours of delivery (e.g. by sending an email or WhatsApp message). 4. Gift wrapping 5. Any item(s) picked up/collected in store. All retail purchases are final. 6. Consumable items (Sowvital products, soil), products must be unused, and packaging unopened/damaged.
Yes, our pots come with a lifetime guarantee. If your pot happens to break or crack, please Whatsapp (+971 4 335 2529) or email us (hello@plntd.ae) to get a replacement sent to you.
Once we pick-up/receive your order, and confirm it is eligible for a refund, we will automatically refund your purchase on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For returns/exchanges due to mistakes/damages on the part of Plntd and its delivery partners providers (for example, the plant arrived damaged, or the height was not as per the website description), no return/exchange charge will be imposed. For all other returns (e.g. a change in mind), returns will have a restocking fee of 23.00dhs. that will be deducted from the amount to refund. All plants have a natural variation of +/- 10% in height. Refund requests based on height discrepancies within that range will be accepted (subject to all other conditions), and will be subject to a restocking fee. Plntd reserves the final right to impose or waive the return fee.

Orders

We process orders quickly to get your plants to you as soon as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel, please reach out to our support team via Whatsapp on +971 4 335 2529. Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified and cancellations are subject to a 23.00dhs. restocking fee.
For pre-order plants, the delivery date is written above the add to cart button on the plant's product page.
After completing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email with all the order details. If something in your confirmation email looks incorrect, please reach out to us via Whatsapp (+971 4 335 2529) or email (hello@plntd.ae) and we will amend your order.
If there’s an error your order, please contact us via Whatsapp (+971 4 335 2529) or email (hello@plntd.ae) with your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you right away.

Gifting

Yes. To place a gift order, please select the "Make This a Gift?" option before adding your plant to your cart. When checking out, please enter the recipient's details under the "Delivery" section instead of your own.
Yes. You will find an option to add a gift note at the bottom of your cart before checkout. We’ll print your message on a card and include it with the delivery, free of charge.
No, we never include pricing information or invoices inside deliveries. The confirmation email will be directly to the provided email.
Yes you can. Visit our "Plntd Gift Card" product. Before adding it to your cart, select the "I want to send this a gift" option to enter the receiver's information and send them the gift card.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure checkout gateway. Cash and in-store options are available when purchasing from our shop.
No, we do not accept cash on delivery orders.
Your invoice will be sent directly to the provided email once your order has been complete. For tax invoices, please reach out to us via Whatsapp (+971 4 335 2529) or email (hello@plntd.ae) with your company name and TRN number.

Plant Maintenance

Yes, we offer plant maintenance for offices and homes. To enquire about maintenance, please Whatsapp (+971 4 335 2529) or email us (hello@plntd.ae) and somebody form our maintenance team will get in touch with you.
To allow our clients flexibility, our maintenance contracts are billed and renewed on a monthly basis. To cancel a maintenance contract, we only ask to be given 30 days notice.
Our maintenance contracts depend on the quantity and size of the plants being cared for. Typically after a site visit or call, our team will send you a proposal with the pricing for the maintenance contract.

Plants

Our plants arrive in their plastic nursery pots. If a cement planter is purchased with the plant, then the plant is placed inside the planter, not repotted.
Typically of our orders are packaged and shipped in a cardboard box. Inside the box you will find: 1. An indoor plant and pot wrapped in honeycomb paper to prevent spillage. 2. A care card with a complete guide on how to care for your plant. 3. A thank you card from us, to you, for choosing Plntd. (This care card is replaced by a custom message for gift orders).
Get the placing right. Making sure your plant is placed in the right spot is half the work when caring for plants. We advise you to read the attached care guide that comes with your plant or look at your plant's page on our website. No, and we do not recommend it. Your plant is happy and growing in its nursery pot. Most indoor plants, need time to acclimate to their new environment after moving. Immediate repotting can stress and damage the plant. Depending on your plant, it is recommend to repot every 1–2 years, or when roots circle the pot or emerge from drainage holes. Whichever comes first.
Our team goes through a number of steps when preparing each plant for an order: 1. The leaves and soil are checked for any pests. 2. The plant's leaves are cleaned gently with water and a cloth to give it a natural shine. 3. The plant's pot is wrapped in protective honeycomb paper to avoid any spillage. 4. The plant is securely placed in one of our cardboard boxed to protect it from external damaged during transport.

Shipping Information

We deliver to most areas and Emirates in the UAE. Same day and next day delivery options are available for orders within Dubai, while deliveries to other emirates can take longer depending on the area.
Our standard delivery fee is 19.00 dhs. Orders above 99.00 dhs. are eligible for free delivery. Express delivery costs 49.00 regardless of the order value.
If you live in an apartment: The order will be left outside your apartment. There’s no need to worry about the plants, they will be fine for up to 5 days in their boxes! If you live in a villa: Somebody must be present at the time of delivery to accept the order. Our plants cannot be left out in the Dubai sun. In the case that no one is available, the driver will attempt delivery again the next day.
Orders placed before 4.00pm are usually shipped and delivered the next day. Orders placed after 4.00pm take an extra day to be shipped and delivered. Delivery delays may occur if: 1. The shipping address provided is not clear/complete. 2. The shipping address provided is out of our coverage zones. 3. Contact attempts made by the delivery driver have not been answered.
If your plant arrives damaged, please Whatsapp us as soon as possible on +971 4 335 2529 or email us at hello@plntd.ae We will ask you to provide us with your order # and a couple of photos of the damaged plant. We will replace the damaged plant for you.

Pots

Yes, our pots come with a lifetime guarantee. If your pot happens to break or crack, please Whatsapp (+971 4 335 2529) or email us (hello@plntd.ae) to get a replacement sent to you.
Our pots come in 7 sizes, ranging from mini (10cm height and diameter) to large (30cm height and diameter). To see our all our colours and options, you are welcome to visit our shop daily between 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Our pots are crafted by us and made from our own concrete mix. Pigments are added to our concrete mix to create the different colours.

Physical Store

Yes, we have a physical store in Dubai, Al Quoz Industrial Area 1, just 5 minutes form Al Serkal Avenue. To find us, simply search up "plntd" on your gps app, or contact us via Whatsapp (+971 4 335 2529) for the location pin.
Our store is open daily between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
Yes you can. Please select the "pick up" option during checkout to place an in-store order. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
You can visit us any day of the week, however we recommend visiting us on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. The reason for this is that our shipments arrive on Saturdays, so you will have the most options to choose from on those days.

On every visit, our team will carry out their critical plant-care tasks: Watering; cleaning/dusting, pruning, inspecting. Based on their inspection, our team will also carry out the following tasks, wherever needed: Fertilizing, aerating soil, applying pest control, treating disease (bacterial/fungal), relocating plants (with approval) What our typical service does NOT cover are: Installations; i.e. repotting old plants or potting new ones Materials; plants, soils, planters, etc Plntd CAN provide these services/materials whenever needed, with additional charge (pre-approved by you)

Yes, your plants are guaranteed under our care with constraints: mainly that they are not tampered with in any way.
Your pricing is based on the number of plants and their sizes. Our starting rates are 159 Dhs per visit and go up from there.
