How will my indoor plant arrive?
Our priority is to get your houseplant to you as safely as possible and ensure that it flourishes when it gets there.
Your plant will arrive in its nursery pot, securely packaged to protect the leaves and prevent soil spillage.
Once received, place your plant in the spot you plan to keep it in and leave it there until it is time to repot, allowing it to acclimate to its new environment.
There are some exceptions to this approach, specifically with our range of micro succulents, that tend to acclimate just fine outside of their nursery pots. So, we've gone ahead and repotted those plants for you.

How long will it take to get my order?
Dubai: Orders are typically delivered within 36 hours of Delivery
All other Emirates: Typically delivered in 1-3 days

What happens if I’m not home or available for the delivery?
Apartments: Our delivery partner will leave it safely at your door.
Villas/Townhouses: We will not be able to leave your plant outside your door as the intense heat may shock/distress your plant.
If you know this is the case, please include alternative instructions (e.g. leaving your plant with a neighbor) in the checkout page and our drivers will deliver your order accordingly.
