Planter-Only Deliveries

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Dubai & Abu Dhabi) are typically shipped and delivered the following day.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered within 2 days.

• Deliveries to all other Emirates are fulfilled within 1–3 business days.

Orders with Plants

• Each plant is individually sourced and matched to its planter. Please allow an additional 7–10 days for sourcing and preparation.

• Installation is included with all plant orders.

Delivery Charges

• Each planter weighs between 30–100 kg. Delivery and installation are subject to a surcharge, calculated at checkout based on location and access.

Important Terms

• Due to the weight and fragility of each planter, our team cannot carry items over steps or stairs. The final installation location must be:

  • On the ground floor, or

  • Easily accessible via a service elevator without the need to navigate stairs or steps.

• If access conditions are not met, the item will be left at the ground-floor entrance.

• A recipient must be present to receive and sign off on the delivery, and to supervise plant installation (if applicable).

• If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, and the planter must be returned, a restocking fee equal to the delivery and installation charge may apply.

Delivery Delays May Occur If:

1. The shipping address provided is incomplete or unclear.

2. The location is outside our standard delivery zones.

The delivery driver is unable to reach the customer despite multiple attempts.
