Receiving your order from Plntd:
• If you live in an apartment: The driver will ring the doorbell upon delivery. If the door has not been answered, the order will be left outside your apartment. There’s no need to worry about the plants, they will be fine for up to 5 days in their boxes!
• If you live in a villa: Somebody must be present at the time of delivery to accept the order. Our plants cannot be left out in the Dubai sun. In the case that no one is available, the driver will attempt delivery again the next day.
Delivery delays may occur if:
1. The shipping address provided is not clear/complete.
2. The shipping address provided is out of our coverage zones.
3. Contact attempts made by the delivery driver have not been answered.

How to check: Once a week, insert your finger one-third to halfway into the soil (the larger the pot, the deeper you'll have to check). If it feels completely dry, water your plant and drain any excess water.
If the soil stays damp for more than three weeks, increase light exposure and improve airflow (a fan can help) to encourage faster drying.

When should I repot my
?
• Roots growing out of the drainage holes
• Water draining too quickly (the roots have probably displaced the soil)
• Your plant is becoming top-heavy and unstable
When repotting, choose a pot one size larger with good drainage and refresh the soil.
The best time to repot is in spring or early summer when the plant is actively growing.
Do I need to fertilize my
?
During the peak summer months (June–September), growth may slow due to extreme heat, so reduce or pause fertilizing if your plant isn’t actively growing. Over-fertilizing in hot conditions can stress the plant.
