Place next to a bright window that gets direct sunlight for at least 6 hours a day (the more the better).

Succulents like their entire soil to dry out completely between waterings. To check if your microset is ready to be watered, place your finger on top of the soil. If you feel ANY moisture, at all, then wait longer! If it feels completely dry, then it's time to rewater your plant: slowly water the soil so that it's completely saturated - you'll know it's fully saturated when water drips out of the drainage holes at the bottom of the nursery pot.

To be extra-sure, you can also feel the leaves of the succulents. Succulents usually store water in their leaves, causing them to feel firm and fleshy. If your succulents' foliage feel soft, then it's time for a drink!

Remember, the more light your plant gets, the more you'll need to water it. Similarly, the less light it gets, the less it will need.

Difficulty: Near-unkillable

Great for beginners. As long as they sit in a bright to place and aren't watered too often, these plants will remain by your side for years to come.

Pets: Careful with pets

Succulents are completely safe and non-toxic to pets, however the spikes in cacti make them hazardous. Either cut the spikes off your cactus or reach out to us directly and we'll ensure your micro-set includes only succulents.
