Yes! We offer a pickup option from our warehouse in Al Quoz. Orders are typically ready within 45 minutes during our standard working hours.
For Apartments: Our delivery partner will leave your plant safely at your doorstep.
For Villas/Townhouses: To protect your plants from the intense UAE sun, we cannot leave them outside. If no one is home, please provide alternative instructions (like leaving it with a neighbor) in the checkout notes. If no alternative instructions are received, we will try to deliver again the next day.
We recommend waiting at least two years before repotting.
The plants we deliver are young, happy and healthy with lots of room to grow in their nursery pots.
We recommend repotting only when one of these conditions are met:
1. The roots of your plant are breaking the plastic nursery pot.
2. The roots of your plant are growing out of the bottom of the nursery pot.
3. It has been 2-3 years since you've received your plant.
Yes we do. We provide monthly maintenance contracts for offices. Our contracts are billed monthly with a 30-day cancellation notice, offering you flexibility without long-term lock-ins.
During the peak summer months (June–September), indoor light levels can actually change as the sun sits higher.
Even though it's hotter outside, your bright spot might shift. If you notice your plant stretching or leaves fading, it might need to be moved closer to or further from the window.
