What is your return policy?

Do I have to repot my plant?
In short, no.
Once you receive your plant, place it in the spot you plan to keep it in (whilst still in its nursing pot). Ideally, you would your plant 6 months (if it's smaller) to 12 months (if it's large) to acclimate to your home's temperature and light levels before repotting it.

Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a retail store but you are more than welcome to make an appointment to visit us at our warehouse. We are located in Al Quoz Industrial Area 1.

How long do deliveries take?
For Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah:
If placed before 5pm, your order will be delivered in 1-2 days
For Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Quwain:
If placed before 5pm, your order will be delivered in 2-3 days
Please allow 1-2 extra days for deliveries of large plants (150cm+)
