What is your return policy?

Do I have to repot my plant?
In short, no.
Once you receive your plant, place it in the spot you plan to keep it in (whilst still in its nursing pot). Ideally, you would allow your plant 6 months (if it's smaller) to 12 months (if it's large) to acclimate to your home's temperature and light levels before repotting it.

Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a retail store but you are more than welcome to make an appointment to visit us at our warehouse.

Can I pick my plant?
Absolutely! If you would prefer to pick your plant directly. Feel free to WhatsApp us on +971 58 585 0847 and we’ll send you pictures of different options of your preferred plant to choose from.

When will I get my order?
For Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah:
If placed before 5pm, your order will be delivered in 1-2 days
For Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Quwain:
If placed before 5pm, your order will be delivered in 2-3 days
