Our Christmas Trees are open to pre-orders and are delivered weekly on Mondays, starting on Monday 8th December.

To receive your Christmas Tree on a Monday, your order must be placed no later than Tuesday 12.00pm the previous week.

For example:

To receive your Christmas Tree on the week of 8th December, your order must be placed no later than 12.00pm on Tuesday the 2nd of December.

Receiving your Christmas Tree from Plntd:

• Somebody must be present to accept your Christmas Tree as they cannot be left outside your villa/apartment. This is to preserve the Trees freshness and avoid security issues.

• Plntd will call you in advance to arrange a time and day for your delivery. This is to ensure someone is home to accept the Christmas tree.

Delivery delays may occur if:

1. The shipping address provided is not clear/complete.

2. The shipping address provided is out of our coverage zones.

3. Contact attempts made by the Plntd team have not been answered.
