Yes, we offer a 3-4 hour express delivery option to most locations in Dubai. If you place your order before 4.30pm and the selected product is eligible, an express delivery option will be available on checkout.

Can you deliver directly to the recipient?
Definitely. We will deliver to whichever address inputted under the "shipping address" section in checkout. This is where you can enter the details of the recipient.

Can I add a personal gift note?
Yes you can. Select the "add a gift message" option in your cart to include a custom message along with your order. We’ll print the message on card and include it with the plant.

Our plants always arrive safely and looking presentable, but if you want to make it feel a bit more special, you can select between an additional red or green gift wrapping option for AED 29.
What if the recipient isn't home?
We know plants don't do well sitting outdoors in the UAE.
If the delivery address is to an apartment building, we will leave your gift order outside the receiver's door.
If the delivery is to a villa, our drivers will try to call the recipient or number on the shipping address to coordinate a safe drop-off.
If we can't reach them, we'll bring the plant back with us and arrange a better delivery time so the plant stays healthy.

We package everything carefully and take extreme care when delivering our plants.
If, for whatever reason, the plant or pot arrives damaged, just reply to your order confirmation email or Whatsapp us with a quick and we'll sort out a replacement for you right away.

How will my indoor plant arrive?
Our priority is to get your houseplant to you as safely as possible and ensure that it flourishes when it gets there.
Your plant will arrive in its nursery pot, securely packaged to protect the leaves and prevent soil spillage.
Once received, place your plant in the spot you plan to keep it in and leave it there until it is time to repot, allowing it to acclimate to its new environment.
There are some exceptions to this approach, specifically with our range of micro succulents, that tend to acclimate just fine outside of their nursery pots. So, we've gone ahead and repotted those plants for you.
