We know it is important to ensure everything is perfect on Valentine’s Day.

Please read the guidelines below to get an understanding of how our deliveries work so your gift arrives when you need it!

Deliveries for our Valentine Gift Sets & Packages will occur on the 13th and 14th of February

• If you are gifting this set to your partner in person, opt for delivery on the the 13th of Feb. (Don’t worry, the plant will be perfectly fine in it’s packaging with you overnight).

• If you would like us to send this set directly to your recipient’s address, you can select delivery on the 14th of February.

Note (1): ‘Standard Shipping’ deliveries will occur between 10.00am to 8.00pm; Plntd is not able to guarantee specific times.

Note (2): To schedule deliveries on the morning of the 14th, choose the ‘2-3 Hour Delivery’ option on checkout

Order Deadlines for ‘Standard Shipping’

• For Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah City, Ajman and Umm al Quwain - please place your no later than 4.00pm the day before your chosen delivery date.

• For Ras al Khaimah, Fujairah and the Khor Fakkan Area - please place your no later than 4.00pm two days in advance.

What about last minute gifts?

• 2-3 Hour Delivery will be available on the 14th. (Dubai only). Orders will be taken up to 4pm.

Delivery delays may occur if:

• The shipping address provided is not clear/complete.

• The shipping address provided is out of our coverage zones (we will call you if it is).

• Contact attempts made by the delivery driver have not been answered.
