How can I order a plant as a gift?
Select the "Make This a Gift?" option on the product page.
You can edit the name on our packaging, add giftwrapping and even include a personalized note.
Can I request a specific pot for my Villa Set?
Yes — you can choose from our collection of concrete pots, or receive it in its nursery pot.
How will my indoor plant arrive?
Our priority is to get your houseplant to you as safely as possible and ensure that it flourishes when it gets there.
Your Areca Palm will arrive in its nursery pot, securely packaged to protect the leaves and prevent soil spillage.
Once received, place your plant in the spot you plan to keep it in and leave it there until it is time to repot, allowing it to acclimate to its new environment.
There are some exceptions to this approach, specifically with our range of micro succulents, that tend to acclimate just fine outside of their nursery pots. So, we've gone ahead and repotted those plants for you.
When will I get my order?
Orders are delivered within 1–3 days across the UAE (excluding pre-orders).
You’ll receive both WhatsApp and email updates when it’s out for delivery.

What happens if I’m not home or available for the delivery?
Apartments: Our delivery partner will leave it safely at your door.
Villas/Townhouses: We will not be able to leave your plant outside your door as the intense heat may shock/distress your plant.
If you know this is the case, please include alternative instructions (e.g. leaving your plant with a neighbor) in the checkout page and our drivers will deliver your order accordingly.
Do you deliver to all Emirates?
Yes — we deliver to all 7 Emirates with the exception of a few remote areas.
Feel free to message us on Whatsapp and we will confirm if we deliver to your area.
Can I schedule my delivery for a specific date?
Yes — message us on Whatsapp to request a delivery date.
What happens if my plant arrives damaged?
As part of our guarantee, we offer free replacements for orders damaged during delivery.
Do you offer a warranty or return policy?
Yes, we offer a 14‑day return and refund guarantee for most of our products.
